Empty promises for months on end. Kept getting excuses regarding why they did not show up.
Unfortunately, I did not have the best experience with this company. I was basically told that all of my gutters could not be cleaned because the back of my house could not be reached after payment was received. It took over a week after booking online for anyone to get back to me and let me know when they would have a team out. There was just bad communication and miscommunication from the start. I called them. Hired them. Paid upfront for them to clean the gutters and install a chimney cap. No one showed up to do the work. Waited for thirty days. Still No one came to do the work. No one called or emailed to let me know why no one was showing up. When I called for a refund they insisted they could get someone out the next day but I had enough. Refund was issued quickly.
Nothing.
They refused to make a set appointment and as luck would have it, showed up right before I had to do a presentation for work. The workman then asked for me to turn on the house water for him, which would not have been a problem if not for showing up at a random time when I was busy. Finally, looks like he started dumping the waste into my closed, clearly marked, recycling bin and did dump the rest of the waste on the corner of my neighbor's yard. I'm not happy with having to clean up after them.

They showed up on time but sent a team that does not speak English. I thought they will inspect the gutter as part of the service they did non of that.
They have yet to complete the work. Cannot get a commitment for a date. Did not come to review the installation project which created delays. The project is to install new gutter and to connect to existing down spout
They charged originally $169.00. Then increased to $244.00 because my gutters had screens. They removed the screens for 75.00 but would not put them back.
They do not schedule exact times or even days but did not tell me that ahead of time. So they showed up at 7:10 in the morning and now I am at risk of breaking a noise ordinance rule for making loud sounds before 9 am. When I asked them to stop and leave as I could get in trouble they just said yes and never left. Price also was not what I was quoted. When I called customer service they were apologetic and that they would look into the issue and reach back out. I am still waiting on a reply.
