The gentlemen that showed up were nice but could not communicate in English. Also, I never saw them clean the gutters in the back of the house. When I inquired, I could not get a response in English. So I called the office a couple of days later to inquire what the issue was and the customer service representative said that the gutters were clean. I don't think so I was there the entire time.
Company reps try to hard sell their other services.
They came, spent 1 hour and squirted water in the gutters with a hose and then left.
Ned Stevens Gutter was asked to clean my house gutters and downspouts. The job was left incomplete with leaves filling some gutters and bags of trash left on the front lawn. they made no attempt to communicate with the owner who was at home during the visit.
Rip off They weren't even here for 10 minutes
low score on customer service because they said the would be out in 7 days but I had to call them to "move me up in the schedule" 8 days later.
I could not communicate with the two on-site workers,because both did not speak English. The work was not done as agreed. All they did was blow leaves off the leaf guards and run water along the gutter. The guards were not removed to get at any impacted mud/dirt. All of the external surfaces were left dirty and not cleaned as discussed and stipulated in the e-mail contract. Had to wait to long for this appointment, do not like paying in advance for work that has not been done. A phone call after the work men were barely off the street, to sell me a "needed" repair for over six hundred dollars, did not sit well.
Entered my yard over locked gates, did not inform me when second job was scheduled. Ask rep to show me what they were going to do before work started.
