Get directionsDid not complete job because said could not get to gutters because of our gutter guards. My son did it in 15 min the next weekend without damaging our gutters. Paid to get rid of them. It also took them 3 tries to get just part of job done. Office personal we�re not nice when there was a problem.

It took 13 days for service to be performed after numerous phone calls requesting a date service would be done. Gutters were to be re-pinned , re-strapped and cleaned , area above front door had pulled away and was dripping , showed to worker , was told it was corrected, not so. Unable to properly communicate with 2 workers. Received an estimate for follow up work , very sketchy without detail ,how many feet of gutter , breakdown of materials and labor.

rude, tried to sell a product I didn't need, I'm not even sure they did the job they were hired for, tennet of the house says they never even went to part of the gutter that needed to be cleaned and checked

Requested company to tack gutter back onto fascia board. Customer service sold 'gutter cleaning' which apparently came with my requested service built in. Almost impossible to get confirmation on when service visit would occur; rep on phone was extremely rude about not wanting to endanger lives on wet roof despite my saying there was no rain in Atlanta, regardless of what her screen was showing. This is my first winter in my new house and forgot to clean the gutters. So, I was initially very impressed and relieved that Homeadvisor connected me with someone so quickly on a Sunday. We talked about the coming snow storm and the need to get the gutters cleaned before that happened. However, no one showed up. Unfortunately your area has been very cold with snow conditions that make it impossible to clean gutters for anyone. The second the weather permits we will have crews out on the road cleaning gutters. There is no correlation between a clogged gutter and an Ice Damn, a home with brand new clean gutters can still get an ice damn.

I think this is low because the contractor said I could get my money and now they wont return it. The reason I cancelled was because it took to long and the project was never started.

This company initially agreed to do the gutter cleaning but could not give me a definite date that the job would be done. They charged my credit card the day we contracted, but a week later still had not done the job & couldn’t tell me when someone would be showing up. I was not happy at all & didn’t feel this was reasonable, so I cancelled the order & they agreed to fully refund the credit charge. I was relieved when that happened, it was the only good aspect of dealing with them.
