Did not indicate when they would be coming, showed up at 7a.m on Father's Day without warning. Broke the washer ring on the hose. Down spouts were not fully cleaned out. Crummy job. Bad experience.
I didn't care for them not being specific about the date & time they were coming out to do the cleaning. They advised the work will be done within a week's time frame and it was the last day before anyone came out. The trash bags of the debris were left directly in front of my mailbox which was not an ideal location. Overall they did a nice job.
They give vague time estimate for work, they want to have credit card information beforehand and get snippy when you tell them you'll pay by check.
The actual gutter cleaning itself was top notch. When the cleaners left, they put a message on my door indicating that I have an issue with my roof. I called customer service and was greeted by a high-pressure salesman. They wanted to spray my roof down with a cleaner for $650 to "control organic matter buildup". I almost laughed at the salesman. Payment is taken before job is done and if you have a leafguard system you might want to tell them before the come out to service the gutters
SLAM, BAM AND IT IS DONE. QUALITY OK BUT NOT AS GOOD AS I CAN AND HAVE DONE;
They were hired to clean my skylight over my master bedroom. After doing the job, the skylight still looks very dirty. They initially told me that they would come back out to try to reclean it since it still looked dirty. After waiting for 5 days, they called me back and said that they didn't want to make another effort so they decided they were not going to send someone back out.
