Over time, those customers started to ask Ned if he could help out with some work around their homes. Ned noticed that more often than not, customers were asking to have their gutters cleaned… and Ned's Home was born!

I paid way to much for only 1 part of the gutter. The gutter had two parts I was under the impression that they would replace both part of the gutter. When they told they was replacing just the top I thought the price was too high.
They ask for payment in advance and yet do not give you a date for service. I paid 4 weeks ago and still have not had service
as many gutters have covers, one would think the quoted cleaning fee and service would include cleaning without necessarily discarded covers. First a team came out and determined they could not clean gutters as there were covers on them. A company rep then calls me and says they can remove covers and take away for an additional fee. It was great.
More interested I selling a service for the next year than actually doing the work.
Did not indicate when they would be coming, showed up at 7a.m on Father's Day without warning. Broke the washer ring on the hose. Down spouts were not fully cleaned out. Crummy job. Bad experience.
I didn't care for them not being specific about the date & time they were coming out to do the cleaning. They advised the work will be done within a week's time frame and it was the last day before anyone came out. The trash bags of the debris were left directly in front of my mailbox which was not an ideal location. Overall they did a nice job.
They give vague time estimate for work, they want to have credit card information beforehand and get snippy when you tell them you'll pay by check.
