Scheduler could not give a day for the work, just "within a week". An unreasonable disposal charge added to the job after workman arrived. Crew was OK, but spoke marginal English for communication. Customer cancelled the work.
I tried to explain that I wanted a specific service and they were not able to provide what I wanted. So I spend a lot of money for things I did not want. They should have listened to me and told me up front that they could not do what I wanted.
The communication was poor. The job lasted about 20 minutes with no clear instructions on what they saw. I was not impressed.

I paid way to much for only 1 part of the gutter. The gutter had two parts I was under the impression that they would replace both part of the gutter. When they told they was replacing just the top I thought the price was too high.
They ask for payment in advance and yet do not give you a date for service. I paid 4 weeks ago and still have not had service
as many gutters have covers, one would think the quoted cleaning fee and service would include cleaning without necessarily discarded covers. First a team came out and determined they could not clean gutters as there were covers on them. A company rep then calls me and says they can remove covers and take away for an additional fee. This type come on with additional fees continued when men finished cleaning gutters (end caps loose thus gutters need replacing).
