We have relocated with Nelson Westeberg several times and have been very pleased with our team. Pat Choquette has been wonderful and the team of Mitch and Jim are fantastic. Not only do we recommend them, but if we need their services again it will be our request to have the same team.

The movers from Nelson Westerberg arrived on time to load my belonging for a cross-country move. They did not complete the loading on time,and drove away with a large number of boxes left behind. We had to mail the remaining boxes at significant expense. Further, upon arrival, some items were missing. The company offered to reimburse us for only partially for the shipping expense and not at all for the missing items.
This company should not be in business. They ignored clear instructions, took items that weren’t supposed to go, and now they’re holding our household goods hostage with endless delays. Absolutely unreliable.
As a military family, we’ve done plenty of moves — and this has been the worst by far. They ignored our instructions at pickup, took things they weren’t supposed to, and then delayed delivery for almost three weeks. No accountability, no communication, just excuses.
From start to finish, this company has been a disaster. They took items they were told multiple times to leave behind. That was strike one. Then, instead of a smooth delivery, we’ve now gone almost three weeks without our belongings. Every time we ask for an update, we’re given different stories and excuses — and nobody takes responsibility. Moving is stressful enough, and this company made it a nightmare. I would never recommend them to anyone.
If you value your sanity, do not use this company. They grabbed items they weren’t authorized to take, ignored instructions, and now we’ve been sitting for almost 3 weeks without our household goods. Every call is just another runaround with no answers. Absolutely unprofessional.

This move has been nothing but stress and frustration. First, they packed and took belongings that were never supposed to leave — things we specifically said to leave behind. That was the first red flag. Now, our delivery is delayed almost 3 weeks, with no straight answers and no one willing to take responsibility. Everyone just points fingers while we’re left without our things. Terrible communication, terrible service. I would never recommend this company.
