They packed everything up except my Lenox fine bone china floor lamp that cost $375.00 I was sittin there when I finally hired someone to unload my storage unit and they lamp was broke. So I know for sure you broke it. I am still waiting to get a claim form. They also damaged my Ethan Allen Leather Recliner that cost $2,500. I still can't believe I had this damaged after I warned them how expensive my stuff was. I am very upset about my lamp. Because they do not make it anymore. Please contact me.

On pickup, I told them I'd be back by 11 am and they said they'd still be here. When I got back at 11 am, they had already left, and there was a bunch of stuff left behind that I needed shipped. The driver showed up 4 days after end of delivery window. When they unloaded our stuff into storage, it took forever, and they ultimately packed it so that the stuff we needed was in the back and we couldn't get to it. We were told that we would have two days of packing and one day for loading. Our move was rushed and finished in two days. On the first day, the movers overflowed our toilet, causing damage to our basement ceiling. They did not notify us and allowed the water continue to rin until we discovered it. Upon delivery there were multiple damages. I have contacted the office three times to request to have our boxes picked up by the 30 day period-I still have not heard from any schedulers.

Our moving truck was late at both pick-up and delivery. The driver had to rent a smaller truck last minute (as in the next day because of course everything is already booked on a Saturday) after we told them (office staff and truck drive) multiple times a tractor trailer wouldn't fit down our narrow street. We were also told delivery would be the first weekend of the delivery window so we canceled all plans, but it ended up being the following weekend (so we again canceled all plans). Nelson Westerberg (Atlas Moving agent) is the worst company we have ever dealt with. They have robbed us of our sanity and our money. We hired them to move us from the Chicago Area to the Denver area (a ~$14K move) and they have provided the worst customer service I have ever seen. First, our household goods were loaded up in Chicago. They promised in writing a delivery date in Denver of June 23rd. New York Feedback: 1) Late Arrival. They were supposed to arrive at 9Am (from your email) and they arrived 11AM (claiming they did not find a spot to park). 2) Not organized at all. The idea was to pack on the 26th and load on the 27th (from your email). 3) They found out at 2PM that they ran out of boxes. So Eric Zarco suggested to start loading at 2.30PM because they did not have more boxes. Nelson Westberg had material damage or lost items at all three of the location points. A weight was dropped down the stairs breaking tiles, scraping stairs and walls. The shower dower in the sold property was shattered. And the main box that held shelving parts for the condo move was lost. Customer service was terrible to resolve. Slow. The VP of customer services would not pick up a phone or return my calls until I escalated above her.

I had asked multiple times before and after my household items had been packed and shipped away when they were to be delivered in my new location and I got no answer. I received a phone call around 3pm from the delivery driver saying that they would be there at 8am the next day. Which left me no time to reserve a loading dock at my apartment and no time to ask for time off from work. Secondly, there was a third party company hired to uncrate my television. Shipment was delayed for 2 weeks and some stuff was damaged. Filled the delay claim and damage claim a week ago but no response at all. Frustrated!
