They don’t listen. They don’t deliver. And they don’t care. Worst movers ever.
Many of my household items are damaged. Unloading crew did a miserable job of not accounting all boxes. The boxes were not identified correctly ………
The pricing for our move was estimated at a certain amount, and I was told that if the weight went up or down the pricing would be adjusted accordingly. When the movers weighted our stuff, it turned out it was about 10% less than originally estimated. We are extremely disappointed at how this company is dealing with our boxes. We moved from Illinois to Arkansas and were given a time frame of 2-10 days for our belongings to arrive. Sure enough, the truck came after a week but unfortunately with the wrong boxes! I cannot believe how they could have made such a huge mistake! We were apparently given the same issue number as another client and so they brought us someone else's boxes! horrible drivers
I hated every bit of this process. Had to wait an entire month and didn’t receive the services paid for. You are choosing them as a company so they should cater to you and your needs but nope it’s the other way around you are at there mercy. The drivers were nice but that’s the good things I have to say right now it’s still a sore subject for me.
Driver was great. The packers at the first location were beyond horrible. They were helping themselves to our food and soda, took numerous smoke breaks and cell phone breaks. Have found many broken items so far, and still unpacking. Crystal, China, and glass items were literally thrown in a box without being wrapped or protected.
They packed everything up except my Lenox fine bone china floor lamp that cost $375.00 I was sittin there when I finally hired someone to unload my storage unit and they lamp was broke. So I know for sure you broke it. I am still waiting to get a claim form. They also damaged my Ethan Allen Leather Recliner that cost $2,500. I still can't believe I had this damaged after I warned them how expensive my stuff was. I am very upset about my lamp. Because they do not make it anymore. Please contact me.
