The whole experience was fantastic! Everyone was so informative and helpful and kept me updated on what has happening and what our next steps would be.
Being a first-time homebuyer, I found that there was a lack of clear instructions and guidance from the lender. Whenever I asked for clarification more than twice, they seemed annoyed. Sometimes, I was lucky to find someone who was helpful, but it took a long time and caused a lot of frustration and mixed feelings to get everything done.
