Nicci was amazing and made the buying process fairly seamless. We hit a few bumps on the road, but she was able to help me navigate through everything and got me approved! We are so grateful for her help and our new home.
It was easy to respond your inquiries. The office answered our questions promptly. On my side Martine paper forms and proofs were entered easily. On the underhand my husband (retired from federal government) somehow the inquiries were deeper. Why? One of the pension before President Reagan destabilizing government pension ( we call is the me era) not everyone have a secure retirement) I felt some discrimination. But we managed to move on.
Great job walking us through the process. Electronic communication worked well. Very happy with outcome.
Unfortunately there was no agent who spoke Spanish, and no attempt was made to find a translator, so communication was terrible. Be more courteous, give better customer service regardless of the language they speak.

The easiest part of the moving process was dealing with Nest!
There was a change in loan officer midway through the process and a few things changed but the new team communicated often and answered all of our questions. The process was seamless right up to closing.
