The easiest part of the moving process was dealing with Nest!
There was a change in loan officer midway through the process and a few things changed but the new team communicated often and answered all of our questions. The process was seamless right up to closing.
Thomas Harrison and his team, especially Melissa, were amazing throughout the entire process. They were quick, efficient, and considered what would be best for me every step of the way. As a first time homebuyer, they made this as easy and painless for us as possible, and now we are in a dream home that we never considered would be an option for us. Thanks again to Team Tom!
From our initial submission of documents for pre-qualifying/approval to the closing of our home, the entire Nest team was attentive, quick to respond, and reassuring as we moved through the loan approval process. Our realtor pushed them on several items, and although not generally within their general practice, they acknowledged the points he made and addressed them to our satisfaction. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again if they were the funding group behind any other home purchase we might make in the future.
It was a great experience. Our loan officer, Melissa L. was great. She is knowledgeable , patient, kind, and made the process seem seamless. We never felt alone in the process and was always promptly informed of any information and our questions answered quickly.
