The service was very good. He explained everything clearly. He fixed my problem quickly. The tech even provided a pencil to sign the computer, which he bought himself!

The service was prompt, friendly, and efficient. We called on Monday evening, had a consult Tuesday, and a new system installed on Wednesday. They worked within our budget, walked us through the whole process, and one item from the estimate was left off the work order, they were out promptly to finish the job. Excellent communication and customer service all around.

Your guys were wonderful. They were quick and efficient. They told me what they were doing, how to work my new unit. How to keep it clean and of course changing filters. They were respectful of my property and cleaned up after themselves very well. It was a very good installation. And yes I will recommend 5 Star and New Albany Heating & Cooling to anyone.
