Never did I imagine I would be so moved by HVAC service it would compel me to write a review...but here I am. Words cannot express how grateful I am for the level outstanding care I received from NAH&C in the moment I needed it most. I woke up this morning to discover water pouring through my ceiling from an upstairs AC that had frozen up. Got an online estimate, then asked for a visit to confirm estimate. Quickly got an appointment and Shane, the technician, was very pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. He also carefully adhered to all health pandemic guidelines. Estimate price confirmed and application process for financing was easy and efficient, and equipment installation quickly scheduled. Called on a Monday morning at 8am because air conditioner stopped working..technician arrived at 9:30a on the same day. Technician walked me thru each step of the inspection process and physically showed me where the issue was...taking pictures as he worked. Because my unit was a 41 yr old Carrier unit there were no parts readily available for a quick fix. Talked with the tech for about 20 mins and discussed options. Corey was my sales person, I thought he answered all of my questions. So I was really surprised after my install, and the service technician who was Great went over everything with me again. He explained to me if I didn't sign up for their service agreement of $269 Every year, it voided the entire 10 & 20 year warranty on everything. Shady to day the least. Corey must have forgotten that small detail.
