Great as always!
It was a difficult appointment because novacaine was not working well. So there was some pain and the appointment took a very long time. But I truly appreciate that Dr. Rickert and Sue were sensitive to my discomfort and doing everything they could to keep me as pain-free and comfortable as possible.
It's always a pleasure as the staff as well as Dr. Rickert are great! They have been my dentist since taken over from the former dentist and I would never think of leaving their practice! Nice work and I love Alison the hygienist that does my cleaning she is awesome! Nothing but nice things to say about these employees and Dr. Rickert!

Allison always does a great job and has advised me of what are the best ways of preventing future problems. One item is using Closys mouth rinse.
