The person doing the estimate came out in poor weather and did a thorough job and was great answering our questions. The job was executed quickly with a solid warranty and we haven't had any issues about 1.5 yrs later.
Good experience throughout. Timely service. Managers were extremely helpful and just nice throughout the process.
Came out to check roof for a leak that would occur only during very heavy rain. They were unable to find any obvious issue except for caulking around the vents was dried out and cracked. They applied new caulk in those areas free of charge and said to call if the leak persisted. I have had no leaking since. I am very happy that they were willing to come out and climb up on the roof and do this without charging me a dime - very rare in this day and age.
The work was done quickly and our roof is no longer leaking.

I would recommend NJCR without reservation. I was impressed with the initial consult - very thorough and informative. I had a custom-sized skylight which caused some delay at the manufacturing source, but in the interim, NJCR sent a team out to patch immediately a few leaks. Once the project was started, I was very pleased. The workers were polite, hard-working, did not cut any corners and very diligent on doing a good job. Good follow-up.
Quickly done, good communication, good price. Some problems on clean up after were quickly resolved without any arguments.
