Very prompt and neat. Came out to do the job in freezing weather with over a foot of snow on the roof. Contact in person and by phone was helpful and professional.

The skylights were not installed according to the specification provided by Vellux (the skylight manufacturer). NJ Certified Roofing came back twice to correct the error. Although they were very responsive, it would have be better had the job been done correctly the first time.

Terrible. They are not qualified to do fine job being at the same time very expensive. Do not understand what has to be done asking customer what to do. Irresponsible and change what was done wrong only under pressure. Delay all the time

What an unfair and ridiculous review! The customer ordered special order shingles and was told it would take 2-3 weeks to get them. We had a 3 day delay because of the threat of rain. It would have been irresponsible if we removed the shingles with the threat of rain. In addition, after the new roof was installed, the homeowner decided he wanted metal edging installed, which was never mentioned previously. I initally hired them for a project and was not 100% happy but later I they had them come out for more work and i was VERY pleased. Awesome job

I'm very confused by this review. I believe with over twenty 4 and 5 star ratings, our level of quality speaks for itself. Unfortunately, Mr. Uribe had extensive plywood damage, which could not have been seen with several layers of shingles on top. In addition, the customer commented after the roof was completed, that he thought the new plywood would level the roof out. The house is over 100 years old and is solid but has settled. The job looks good, however, they did not clean up all the debris. I found multiple nails and scraps of metal trim laying in my bushes and on my lawn.
