Project is full new roof. NJCR Representative Joe K.is informative, accomodating, respectful, friendly, attention to detail and to project needs.
Despite the bad weather and many other people probably having more severe roof problems, NJ Certified Roofing came over right away to give an estimate. They were very polite and I greatly appreciated that they removed their shoes before entering my home (particularly in rainy, muddy April). The job was a bit delayed due to more rain, but they fit me in as quickly as they could and the work was completely in a very timely manner.
Solved the problem with a quick solution.
We found that NJCR did a very fine job with regards to our flat roof repair. The crew headed by Dan was on time and provided a very nice flat roof. We found that the NJCR office people kept us updated as to when the crew would be at our house and just what would occur on the day of installation. We would recommend NJCR for any roof repair and or installation.
I had a particularly difficult problem involving skylights and an inadequate slope on a portion of my complex roof which plagued me for many years. Mark of NJ Certified Roofing evaluated the problem, came up with the solution and cured the rain water leakage entirely and at a reasonable cost. Other roofers had failed previously. Kudos to Mark and NJ Certified Roofing!

Fixed the problem on the spot at a very fair price. Didn't try to sell a more expensive or complex solution.
Very well done job. NJCR responded to my request in a timely fashion, Estimator showed up when he said said he would. Clarified their estimate upon request and came back out to the site to confirm the additional work agreed upon. Came the next day and did the job and finished when they said they would.
