From checking in for my appointment to checking out was great! I went in for an extraction of a tooth that was infected. Dr. Alexander Toth, the oral surgeon, was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain to me exactly what was going on and what would happen during the procedure. He has a great bedside manner. His assistant was nice also! She assured me that I would be alright despite my nervousness to having the tooth pulled. I even received a call the next day to see how I was doing!

They honored my insurance when others would not. I was in agony and needed a root canal and they have a specialist for this. I am appreciative for Monique's help.

The whole experience with New Windsor Dental was just great. From the first phone call to the appointment with the endodontist was amazing.

by far the best team i have had care for my teeth. everyone was very professional and nice. two root canals that were very difficult and required a specialist who was extremely thorough and kept me as pain free as possible. the office and billing staff are great, they take their time and worked around my schedule.

This dental center is a first rate medical facility with all the various dental disciplines located under one roof - a dental smorgesbord. The front desk and dental assistants are incredibly, optimistically cheerful. I've had less than stellar experiences with dentists and their staffs over the years, a scary experience when they're poking sharp objects in your mouth. This review is about Dr. Alexander Toth DMD and staff (Jovani and other medical assistants not sure of names) I needed a molar extracted that I had previously gotten a post and crown (different office) on that was super infected and painful last year. To make it more complicated I was in my first trimester of pregnancy and most doctors are nervous to take care of pregnant patients when it comes to local anesthetics / XRays etc... Jamie is a gem. Windsor Dental is so very fortunate to have her. She handles clients (me) with care, respect and understanding. She is the unsung hero of this practice. Dr. Stern and staff were very professional from the moment I arrived at curbside. They have an entire process in order to keep patients and their own staff safe. Everyone wearing masks and gloves. I was walked through the entire process of what would happen before it happened and they made sure I understood what was going on during the whole process.
