I was referred to Windsor Dental by a friend - I was in a lot of pain. When I called the office the staff was very accommodating and got me in as soon as possible. I am not the best patient bc I tend to be anxious with dental work but Dr Stern and his Oral Surgeon were extremely patient, reassuring and gentle with me. The dental center is not a one dentist and a few hygienist center. It is a place with multiple dentists and many different hygienist. They are learning or apprentices. They told me I needed a filling and I did the filling. I had to return because I was uncomfortable and felt something was wrong. They still did not fix the issue. I went back to my previous dentist in the city and he did a panoramic x-ray and I did not need a filling. Avoid this place. Was great about 10-15 years ago. Original dentist has moved on and sold out. This office is all about the money, not about service to its patients. They will double bill you, they take forever for appointments, will have you waiting even though your there on time. Sad to see them go down hill over the years. I was a patient since about 2005. The office staff and call center are abysmal. They messed up and had to reschedule my appointment outside of there text reminders so I got told the wrong date several times. Got char for missing said appointment and when I set up my next one. IT WAS 3 MONTHS AFTER THE DAY I SCHEDULED IT!!!! I scheduled it for July 1st and there "team" scheduled it for October when the lady on the phone said July 1st. The dentists are actually good the staff was the most mixed up group of people I have ever met. They would cancel appointments because their surgeon is on call with a hospital and it took over a year to get my implants completed. I would never go back to many issues with staff. They can rename the place all they like service is still poor as my still continues to go and continues to have problems.

It is a shame I had to write this review. I actually liked my dental hygienist. But I do not appreciate when I left a message after hours that I had covid and could not make my next two visits, I get billed not one but two no shows. Just because someone did not check their messages. I even left a message to billing to please call me back in reference to this. All I got was a bill saying my account was delinquent. Guess Heather is still looking after a month, since my review and additional comments. Do not go to this dental facility. Insurance practices are not in place accordingly and staff not knowledgeable to handle issues that arise that they cause! I have put in a legitimate complaint with the BBB and my insurance company has also been notified and listened to the voicemail message from the person who told me the exact cost that I paid. Their billing department is a mess. I received a letter in the mail saying I owed money. When I called the billing department the lady was very rude and condescending when talking to me. Told me she sent my insurance the paperwork multiple times. When I talked to my insurance they said they never received anything. When I told her that my insurance never received anything she told me I can do it myself then later said that she will send it again but will only give it 30 days.
