Frankly I would give 0 stars if possible. I was referred to Dr. Cohen, an Endodontist there - she received my X-rays via my dentist to see if I qualified for a root canal - if not, I was supposed to go back to my own dentist for a tooth extraction. I was told my X-ray was reviewed and I was a candidate for a root canal and to come in the following week. I was in a lot of pain - I went in expecting a root canal and instead was sent to a regular dentist - not Dr Cohen - who instead made me take more X-rays and shot me up with... read more

Very unorganized office. Waited for an appointment for over two months and got the appointment canceled 2 hours before I was supposed to show after taking an entire day off work because the dentist was unable to make it in that day. Then they offered me an appointment an entire week later after my tooth has been infected and waiting to be extracted because they canceled my appointment twice. Called another office and they took me the same day I called and extracted my tooth.

This people don't care about their patients. they did a lot of extra procedures that where unnecessary, they took out one good Tooth and to ruin one implant that I previously had. I do not recommend this place

They spend too much time pushing unnecessary extra and not insurance covered procedures and try to bully you into taking them. You only see the actual dentist once a year but still get billed for a full visit, told them i was allergic to an ingredient they still gave it to me, had a reaction and yet they never bothered to record it so next visit tried again to give it to me. Wont be returning.

While the Dentists and hygienists are very nice, you are nothing but a revenue stream. I went in for a toothache and was told I needed two extractions and two implants (`$7500). Oh, and then I was told that I needed a root canal on another tooth that I was having no problems with at the time. I waited 3 months for the surgery and then it got cancelled due to a change in the Dr.'s schedule. If you go in with pain you shouldn't have to wait 3-4 months for remediation.

I made an appointment to have a broken tooth looked at. The tooth got only a passing glance. I was told I had 10 cavities, needed 5 crowns, a root canal, and all fillings replaced (again). Considering I went there twice a year and was always told my teeth are in great condition, I was surprised by this. I had never had Dr. Stern before, so I assumed he was finding problems the other dentist missed. I also assumed the root canal was to be done on my broken tooth, but they did the molar on the opposite side. I still don't know... read more

What can i say but Overbooked Overcrowded and Understaffed which in my personal experience puts the dentist on edge and they rush everything. Appointments are usually scheduled months out and when you show up for that appointment all the dentist is talking about is AND I QUOTE " The side books are busy today you will have to reschedule" So you just waited 3 months for this appointment and probably took a vacation day or non paid day from work to have this BS happen to you. Imagine this same thing happening but now you have a... read more

I waited 3 months for an appointment here. It was an hour from my house but I needed a root canal my general dentist started to be finished by a specialist. My appointment was specifically to have this procedure done. When I arrived I saw a new (to the practice) woman specialist. As soon as I met her I knew something was off she acted really strange. She tried to convince me (without even looking in my mouth) that I should voluntarily elect to have this tooth pulled. She said they can put me to sleep for it and she had one p... read more

STAY AWAY at all costs. Our family had been going there for 15+ years. Other then orthodontics the place is a wreck. We have developed infections had to have root canals re done and the "dental director" owner Dr stern is a third rate dentist at best. Have even had to have his fillings re done. Very high turnover in staff, hygienists, and dentists. If you do decide to go there pay with a credit card as they have a terrible habit of "misplacing" payments. They are Losing patients left and right and look at you with dollar sign... read more
