Went for dental cleaning/scaling planing and X-rays. Dentist came in and gave injection and left so that hygienest could complete one side of mouth After x-rays dentist said I need a lot of work including treatment of two abscesses. I returned following day to get the other side cleaned and a different dentist gave injection. The dentist did not come in to discuss a plan of care or even tell me to make a follow-up appointment. Their scheduling is a mess. They cancel your appointment if you are not their friend. Run for your life unless you are related to them. Their customer's service is nothing to write home about. They drop phones on you. They are not interested in answering your questions unless you are their friends. Please run for your life. I score them 0% overall.

Office staff appears untrained or uncaring or both. Called, no answer, left a message, no return call. Used their email, same thing, no return. Came in person, told to wait. Waited 15 minutes while the one appt associate chats with a patient (?) on and on while others continue to wait. No one else available.

Called in several times for an appointment. Sent in required paperwork. Explained my situation was severe (I need a root canal). After not hearing back from them I called again and was told they would call me 4 days later after the endodontist reviewed the xray. It has now been 6 days, I left another VM and still have not been called. Found a great dentist elsewhere as this place obviously does not need my business.

WORST SERVICE I EVER HAD. The specialist was arguing with the nurse while doing the procedure on me. I think they forgot I was there where they bumped into my head 7 times as I was laying on the chair, I counted it! Even worse they completely forgot to put the glasses on me to reduce the light on my eyes while doing the procedure until 10 mins later. Now they say they called me.. which they didn't.. she called the next day and left a message and said they didn't take my insurance.. like hello.. duh you don't take my HMO insurance, money hungry dentist geesh! I didn't hand y'all my paperwork about my bleeding tooth with an abscess for no reason..... y'all didn't do what you were supposed to do.. and now trying to make it seem y'all did something.. you sure did do something, you caused me grief and continued pain.. not one person called me back about someone seeing me for... read more

I have been going to this dentist and started to realize they are taking more money from me and insurance money and saying the insurance didn't cover when it shows it has. Very sad that u trust a place and they take u for granted. Time to find another dentist.

I had the absolute worst experience today with this dental office......I have been here before and was very satisfied but there was no excuse for how unprofessional this office was today and then they blamed it all on the COVID situation. I arrived today for my 12:00 pm appointment and was met with a huge sign on the entrance door to TEXT their phone number to let them know I was there. 1 star but honestly they don't even deserve it. They are HORRIBLE. From the lack of professionalism from the front desk staff to their doctor's preforming unnecessary procedures, I've never been in such a state of horrified shock. DO NOT come here. Save yourself the pain and money.
