Please do not attend this dental. My husband, in January was schedule to have a couple of teeth removed. My insurance company was billed for a total of 10 teeth removal of $230.00 each. This was not true, I place a grievance with my insurance company. They have requested dental records and phone call. No one at New Windsor Dental has return call. I will be placing a complaint with DOH. Greta Woodruff

My daughter was 10 when she got her first cavity, the dentist there drilled so deep to fill what I was told was a surface cavity, by the time they were done she needed a root canal. I was and still am angry that Dr Stern did this to a small surface cavity. They overcharge and do more harm than good. Don't go here ever.

Horrible!!! did a core build up and temporary crown without taking any images...this procedure caused me extreme pain. then they told me to find a new dentist instead of fixing the pain they caused. and the dentist they recommended was a dental student?? Also, they tried to charge me full amounts for the procedures that my insurance covered and they tried to bill my insurance twice for the same procedures.

Windsor Dental Review 24 hour notice I was a patient of Windsor Dental for at least ten years . Today, September 14 2017, I called to cancel a cleaning appointment that I had scheduled for this afternoon. I made the cancellation this morning about 5 hours prior to the appointment time . I was unable to give them twenty four hours notice as my cat had a medical emergency and had to be rushed to the hospital . They told me they will have to charge me $100 for a cancellation fee because I had did not given them 24 hour notice. ... read more

I had a very poor experience with this dental office and I would think twice if not three times before using their services. Basically, I needed a crown. The front office demanded a $500 dollar cash payment up front before doing any work. I had full dental insurance coverage and asked why I had to pay an up front fee in cash. The front desk person told me that it was in case of a denial by my carrier. She stated that when the procedure was approved I would get the money refunded to me. Needing the crown I paid the up fr... read more

I can't even begin to describe the treatment I received today by this dental office as a whole. It was down right appalling to say the least. First I showed up 30 mins early to discuss my EOB vs their prices (because it didn't match up) and waited around while the only billing girl was on a phone call. This put me in the chair at 4:05 (for the record still 10 mins before my scheduled appointment) but alas the dentist walks in all rushed up and basically says he doesn't have time to do my 2 fillings. That's funny I was schedu... read more

The dentist told me I have two cavities and needed to come back on two separate days to get them filled. I went to another dentist who told me I only had one cavity that was so small they barely needed to fill it. He said I did NOT have two cavities.
