Nick made the loan process so easy. We had no clue where to even begin. We closed on our new house on the exact date that we planned, with lower closing cost and monthly mortgage payment than expected. I was denied by a big mortgage company. I was very disappointed but my realtor said she knew a guy who was excellent with people who did not have perfect credit.
