I would highly recommend Nick. He was very easy to deal with and spoke to me as though he knew me his whole life. He was very quick to answer every question I had. He also explained the whole process very thoroughly, which made first time home buying very easy.

I was referred to Nick from sister, who purchased her home through Nick in the last year. I saw how fast he moved to get her home, so I knew he would be handling my home purchase. After finding a home, and meeting with Nick, the seller backed out and I was looking again. Once I found another, I let nick know to get the ball rolling. I would highly recommend Nick. He was very helpful, friendly and always available to answer any questions. Nick was able to take over our loan and contact everyone involved to get us back on the right track!!! Nick made sure everything was in order and being done right the first time!!! He is very professional and caring . I loved working with him . I was preapproved fast and the final closing came faster than expected which was great too. Nick is very detailed oriented which leaves nothing to chance at closing which means no unwanted snags or surprises .

I just bought my first house and Nick was there every step of the way. I don't live in Ohio, but bought a house there for my mom. Nick was very professional and extremely helpful. Nick responded to my emails and phone calls right away. He was very kind and a pleasure to work with. He is very smart and explained everything in detail and answered all my questions.I strongly recommend working with him.

Nick was incredibly helpful and went out of his way every chance he had to make sure we had everything we needed to close on the house we just purchased. He communicates well, you will never have to wait long for him to get back to you. He made our home buying experience very smooth and helped us to close on our house in a timely fashion.
