Nick made buying my home a very pleasant experience. He did everything he said he was going to do and it was done in a very timely matter. He answered all my questions and whenever I texted or e-mailed him, he always reply right away. I am so thankful to have had him as a loan officer. Nick was very attentive to my questions and assured me he would be there for me through the whole process. He always said "there's no stupid or crazy question". Nick made sure my interest rate was locked due to his concern of rates increasing. To me that showed he cares about his clients! He was a pleasure working with or shall I say working for my best interest!

Nick helped me every step of the way with my VA loan. As a soldier with no home owners awareness he has enlightened me on the processes involved in making a life decision of home ownership. Awesome man, great partner to work with getting a home. Strongly recommend for lender.

I worked with Nick on getting a FHA Loan. Although, when I say "worked with" I really mean Nick did all the work. He was very clear and thorough with the documentation I needed to bring him and once I brought the paperwork he took care of the rest. Extremely satisfied with how he was able to describe the complicated process of the FHA Loan and the ability of Wasterstone Mortgage to complete this process in a timely manner. Great experience and excited to move in!!

As a 26 yr old first time home buyer I had NO IDEA on the process and what it entailed. Nick is so knowledgeable, patient, and always made sure to be available. As I was clueless about everything Nick not once made me feel stupid for asking a million questions but simplified things in a way I could easily grasp. Nick was fantastic to work with. Right off the bat he was very friendly and obviously knowledgeable. Buying your first home is a scary time. Nick was able to ease our tension by always being available and ready to answer any question we had. He kept nothing hidden from us and was able to provide us a fantastic interest rate.

My fiancé and I struggled tremendously trying to find someone to pre approve us for a loan. After many failed attempts, a friend recommended Nick. Within minutes Nick pre approved us and we made an offer. His responsiveness and dedication was off the charts. After a month we moved in and it wouldn't have been possible without Nick. Nick definitely knows what he is doing. He made the process of buying a foreclosure a lot easier. I definitely learned a lot from him and highly recommend him to anyone. He makes you a priority, always answers your phone calls and is very easy to understand. I couldn't have done it with out him.
