Nick made our first time buying a home so memorable. I couldn't have asked for a better person to help us go through this crazy process. Nick came highly recommended from my real estate agent, it was my first time buying, so I gave him a call. Being a first time home buyer can be so overwhelming. I started with a bigger bank lender and the officer there was slow to reply, sometimes days without answering me and I could never get her on the phone. Nick did an awesome job getting us into our first home. I have been working hard on my credit to become a home owner, and he helped make it happen. The process was fairly quick, ran smoothly, and when it went it into underwriting they didn't ask for ANYTHING else! Nick is very thorough and knows his stuff. Wow, what an amazing job this guy has done for us. We ran into so many obstacles with not having A+ credit... Lets be honest it wasnt even B+. Somehow he found us a way to get pre-approved for a loan. That wasnt even the best part. The best part was the estimated number he gave us to close with.
