Nick worked diligently throughout the entire process to ensure deadlines and expectations were met. Mine was an extremely tough case due to a seller giving misinformation to realtor's and bankers, Nick never let up for a second. Several panic calls were made to him by me, ending in reassurance. He put in many late nights and early mornings to make sure documents were exact and on time.
Nick was amazing to work with. When we came across roadblocks during the loan process, Nick was able to 'think outside the box' and get the loan back on track. He kept me up to date on where we were at during the loan process. He had no problem with me calling nights or weekends with any questions I had. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to get a loan. I didn't think I had enough of a down payment, but I just signed my closing papers today and I am now a homeowner! Thank you Nick!!
