"Undetected condition, too difficult to pinpoint" An elusive condition within the ??? drive train--brakes--steering ??? On normal usage of vehicle once or twice a month this happens! An abrupt clunk/gnashing/grinding sound while at a very low speed [idle speed] while slightly in a turning mode. Harsh enough that it scares the beegeebees out of you. "Decent for a dealership" Expensive but you get what you pay for. Dealerships have rep but I’ve been using for 10 years. Make an appointment so you don’t have to wait.

"Bought new truck" Very friendly - quick process. Excellent service able to purchase what i wanted without headache that typically happens when buying a new truck or car very happy

"I had a good time." Was able to come in and get the car I wanted. Josh hvass worked on getting me the car I wanted at the best deal possible. He aslo made it easy for me as a first time buyer.

"Lost my appointment and made me wait" You forgot to write down my appointment, failed to have my oil on hand, charged too much for fuel filter replacement and made me wait over 2.5 hours. Lousy service center!!! Curtis however was excellent to deal with.

"Peace of mind" Had new brakes installed. Shortly afterward heard a new noise and made an appointment. They checked it out and gave us peace of mind. At no additional cost.

"Really nice people, good job but need better communication" The people at Alan Webb treat you like a VIP. I appreciate that they value their customers and are knowledgeable about the vehicles. My damage was extensive and the vehicle looks new. It took longer than I expected but the wait was worth it when I saw how nice my car looked! I am a happy Nissan owner and will be for a long time!
