"Maintenance" It's so nice to just drop my car off for maintenance and know the mechanics take care of everything. My husband is so happy he doesn't have to worry about anything other than drop off and pick up every 6 months for maintenance.
"Service on 2015 Murano" As usual, the service department was awesome. They changed the oil, lubed the car and rotated the tires in a little over an hour. They are always exceptionally nice, courteous and efficient. I forgot my lifetime oil certificate and they were able to access the information for me even though they were updating their data base.
"A good experience" Everyone was courteous professional and cared about what we thought. Our sales person Gilbert was outstanding in his attentiveness to detail and concerned about making us feel that we were respected. I recommend this very highly.

"Very professional & courtesy. Easy to set an appointment ." Service center is always available on appointments. They have free Wifi while waiting.. they discussed what your vehicle needs.we serviced on oil change & tire rotation or whatever maintenance needs.

"Buyer be cautious " Alan Webb Nissan is A-typical of most car dealers that I have purchased car from. Their on-line advertising, and other advertising, is not always “true” or accurate. They advertised the car as “Brand New” and it wasn’t. They advertised the car at one price, and tried to sell it to me for more. While my salesperson Joseph & finance person Jonathan, were “world-class” professionals, the structure around them leaves a lot to question and desired.
