"Easy and pain free" Easy from start to finish. Easy to schedule online, pulled right in, they had me checked in and out within 45 minutes. Nice comfortable lounge for those who need to wait. While I was waiting it seemed all customers were happy with their experience. Good job Alan Webb Nissan!
"2016 Maxima passenger airbag" My 2016 Maxima passenger airbag sensor was indicating improperly. The light indicates that no one is in the seat even though there is. The service department technician could not duplicate the problem and was not willing to replace the sensor as I requested. I understand intermittent problems are hard to troubleshoot. "Great " It was a great experience, the only thing I wish they had topped off my washer fluid. Not a big deal just thought hey might have.
"Oil Change " I typically only come in for oil changes and each time I come in i always see either Lucky or Curtis and there really nice and friendly, they alwasy let me know if they find something or if my appointment is going to be a bit delayed.
"I Love :Alen Webb Nissan"" My experience purchasing my new Nissan Frontier, was great. My sale agent "Josh" was very helpful and courteous to what my needs were in a truck. He was most helpful, found the perfect truck, and the sale process went very smooth. My truck had small dent in passenger fender, but they fix it to new, and gave me a loaner in the meantime. "engine light on. Could not get code. Turn light off." Engine light came on. They could not get a good code reading. After four hours of trying I requested they turn in off. If it comes on again I will return to see if a code can be determined. As I sat there for four hours I did observe how Curtis handled different situation with customers. He has a gracious personality that seem to be a comfort to customers who interacted with him. Hopefully my next appointment won't take four hours.
"Poor extended warranty " The service manager seemed to be with me to get things fixed on my car I purchased used and also purchased an extended warranty. However, it would seem the bumper to bumper plan does not cover quite a bit of things that seem to be going wrong with my car. I have had to spend more money to get my car fixed because the items that were and still are having problems with are conditions that were kept from me prior to and after the sale of the car. "Quick, friendly, honest service" I took my car in to be checked since it stopped unexpectedly on the freeway. I was able to get a rental for $10 + tax and I had my car back the same day. The information I was given about what would happen with my car was accurate. Thank you!
"Long distance, but no run-around" Other than it taking fairly long to get to the finance guy to sign the papers, all went very well with me leasing a new Leaf!
