"Great service " Very honest and helpful when dealing with vehicle issues. Quick response to any issues. Heather is awesome when dealing with customers even if she might be having a bad day.
"Exceptional " My newly purchased vehicle had heavy white smoke coming from the exhaust pipe on a cold morning day. I took it to the shop where not only they performed a multi point inspection but they also reassured me that the problem was condensation build-up due to the extreme cold that day. Knowing that quality professionals were working on my vehicle made me less apprehensive. They did an awesome job.
"Good service" Good and quick service. I was taken care of from the time I drove in until the time I left. They even brought my car in so I didn't have to go out in the rain.I will be back.
"Brake service performed." Satisfied with service performed. Recommend to either move managers office directly beside customer waiting area or address loud conversations within that office. Thought a dissatisfied customer was voicing their anger but ended up being 4 Nissan assocites in the office making fun of an apparent situation that occurred. Customers in the waiting area overheard all content in disbelief.
"Great service" Came for routine service like oil change and tire rotation along with the usual inspection. The wait wasn't too bad and was just as I had expected. But considering they were very busy, it was actually better than I anticipated.
"Amazing " Tony bowers and the staff are wonderful they washed my car and took care of it Provided comfortable environment also. Tony is the best service tech
"Ok on the second day ignored and left the first day." Very busy on 11/29/2018- 3:30pm I was ignored so I left. I made an appointment for 7:30 the next day. I couldn't get the service department when transferred so the young lady up front made the appointment. I arrived the next day came to the service desk and was told we open in 5 minutes. So I waited. When time was up they told me to drive up. 45 mins later my car was ready. They had plastic on the seat which was nice and paper on the floor on top of dirt on the floor mat... read more
"New car sale " Donnie and Shawn were great. Service is top notch. It was my first car buying experience and they made me feel like family. Will continuously do business in the future and refer family and friends.
