Issac was great! As matter of fact everyone was. Very friendly atmosphere. Snacks and beverages were available. I felt at home from start to finish. As I drove off in my brand new Nissan Sentra I knew that the whole team at Nissan of Athens did their very best to get me in that car. And also at a great price.

We took both our cars in to be serviced as My wife's is a 2015 and my daughters is a 2009. The service advisor Kelly was great to wok with. The work was completed as promised, fair pricing and explanation of the additional work needed for the 2009. The motor mount was worn and during inspection it was noticed and brought to our attention. The part was not available until the next day ( as discussed up front ) and the car was repaired and cleaned by 9:30 the next morning. We recently purchased a Rogue from Nissan of Athens. Our experience was hassle free from the moment we stepped on the lot. Chris Rozier was professional and very helpful in getting us what we wanted in a car as well as a price. Past experiences with other dealerships have left us sitting for hours waiting on paperwork to be complete until the time we are out the door with the keys. We were very happy with our purchase and the overall experience.

This is the best Service I have received at any Nissan Dealership. I drive over an hour and 20 minutes to Athens. Booker and his team always go out of there way to give me the "warm and Fuzzy". I will buy my next Maxima from Athens.

Initially my experience here was ok for a car dealership. However, after my purchase I felt that the customer service was lacking. I was promised several things, but the staff never delivered. I work in customer service and I strongly believe that if you tell our customer one thing, you need to deliver, which they do not do here.
