"Very impressed, this time" We’ve used Athens Nissan several times in the past and to be honest never had great service. This time I will have to say was entirely different. We took our car in on Monday morning for diagnostics. Tim was our service manager, he called me multiple times to keep me updated. On Tuesday they discovered we needed a new transmission. "Great Customer Service " Service advisor was great and fast. He told me the price before hand and it was that. I just really appreciate great and fast service!!
"Oil change ,recall and maintance" Toni got van and service was done in a timely matter. Got call about services that was asked if I want them done. I said yes and it got taken care of. Price was higher than I wanted. But got it done. Really like when I picked it up on how clean it was. Wash job was done and it was CLEAN . Wash person done a GREAT JOB!
"Great service!" Everyone I interacted with was so helpful and so kind! I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. I’m not sure if Tim was the person I spoke with in regard to my oil change, but it said on my receipt that Tim was my advisor. Either way, whoever I interacted with was so friendly and so helpful! The staff made it obvious that I will definitely be getting any service done there from now on. I also was able to get an oil change for $15! What a steal! Thank you, Nissan Athens!

"Maintence" good info on necessary maintenance. Work went quickly and good results. Waiting area good with good refreshments, chairs and televisions. Payment easy with text and email updates.
