"Surprise!" I purchased a used 2017 Nissan Pathfinder in March of 2018 and to my surprise, the transmission slipped out of drive one day as i was attempting to pull out of a driveway. I scheduled a service appt for the next morning at 8 am. They got my vehicle back right away and 2 hours later (they made sure they checked everything and drove it a couple of times) I was being authorized for a replacement transmission. I was so upset. "Excellent service and very honest" I was prepared to pay for rear pads and drums and Tony told me that they had only used about 1/2 their life and I didn't need them. The initial quote was reasonable and less than what I was quoted at another service center.
"New car" I came to the dealership very nervous about purchasing a vehicle/ left very happy, Darius was very helpful, and friendly, not just making sure he made a sale.
"Good service " I came in because my battery was going and they took my car right away. I didn’t have to wait very one before it was ready and it was washed and vacuumed!
"Awesome service " I came in for an oil change and the service was outstanding. Tony and his crew were efficient and friendly. I appreciate my car being washed and vacuumed along with the advice on how to keep mice out from under the hood. Tony took the time to make sure I understood all the ins and outs of my car and took the time to speak with my husband on the phone.
"Professional and competent service." The service reps and tech personnel is always professional, will offer useful advice, and fix what needs fixing ... and at reasonable prices. Thanks for your service.
"Best Service Advisors" The service advisors at this dealership are unrivaled. I’ve taken my car for service at a few dealerships but Nissan of Athens will do their best to help out, even with non-Nissan cars. I’ve received better service here compared to the Toyota dealerships (haven’t tried the Toyota of Athens dealership) with my Toyota Camry. Would highly recommend to friends and family
"Great " Darious ross was kind and sweet it needs to be more of him he is the best great customer services well manned guy and funny lol
"Oil change /rotate tires and inpection" They treat everyone nice and don't try to get over on a women. When she brings car in for services wait not long they answer any questions
