Dana Bowen was diligent about sending me info about the car I was interested in. Andrew Murphy, my used car sales rep, is courteous, knowledgeable about the vehicle and, most importantly, honest! Alex DeOliviera, finance guy, had me in and out in 30 minutes max. I went to Nissan of Athens just to get my vehicle serviced and I was amazed with the customer service I received. Everyone I came in contact with was very nice and helping.
Issac was great! As matter of fact everyone was. Very friendly atmosphere. Snacks and beverages were available. I felt at home from start to finish. As I drove off in my brand new Nissan Sentra I knew that the whole team at Nissan of Athens did their very best to get me in that car. And also at a great price.
We took both our cars in to be serviced as My wife's is a 2015 and my daughters is a 2009. The service advisor Kelly was great to wok with. The work was completed as promised, fair pricing and explanation of the additional work needed for the 2009. The motor mount was worn and during inspection it was noticed and brought to our attention. The part was not available until the next day ( as discussed up front ) and the car was repaired and cleaned by 9:30 the next morning.
