Chris bent over backwards to find just the vehicle I was looking for. They were all very helpful and the whole experience was stress free. I highly recommend them.
This is the best Service I have received at any Nissan Dealership. I drive over an hour and 20 minutes to Athens. Booker and his team always go out of there way to give me the "warm and Fuzzy". I will buy my next Maxima from Athens.

Initially my experience here was ok for a car dealership. However, after my purchase I felt that the customer service was lacking. I was promised several things, but the staff never delivered. I work in customer service and I strongly believe that if you tell our customer one thing, you need to deliver, which they do not do here.
I had the best experience ever purchasing my new car. I asked for and received quotes via email. When I arrived at Nissan of Athens, everything (pricing) was just as Dana stated it would be. No hidden fees like at other dealerships I had inquired at in Gwinnett. The car was pulled upto the front door and ready for me to drive home. I wouldn't shop anywhere else. Dana and Richard made this car purchase about as hassle free as possible. It is nice to do business with people who are honest and have integrity.
The wait time is extreme. Customers inside of the waiting room have been waiting hours to be seen. I personally had to wait for over two hours

I was mailed a deal that said an oil change and filter change would cost $20. I handed it to the serviceman and the invoice showed the deal was only 10% off. I ended up paying more like $80. That is highly misleading advertisement. The serviceman was nice and efficient otherwise. Why do you Mail misleading coupons?

I had the worst dealership service experience ever. This was solely on the service advisor (whatever the job title is). Jonathan Magnus. From the initial conversation until I finally left 5 hours later extremely frustrated this service advisor did everything he could to be as unhelpful as possible. I would appreciate a follow up to this review to explain in detail my exact experience which is easy to prove by going through his documented conversations with Enterprise Fleet.
