I was mailed a deal that said an oil change and filter change would cost $20. I handed it to the serviceman and the invoice showed the deal was only 10% off. I ended up paying more like $80. That is highly misleading advertisement. The serviceman was nice and efficient otherwise. Why do you Mail misleading coupons?

I had the worst dealership service experience ever. This was solely on the service advisor (whatever the job title is). Jonathan Magnus. From the initial conversation until I finally left 5 hours later extremely frustrated this service advisor did everything he could to be as unhelpful as possible. I would appreciate a follow up to this review to explain in detail my exact experience which is easy to prove by going through his documented conversations with Enterprise Fleet.

Their practices regarding the Nissan Rewards Program are not consistent with the Nissan guidelines. I have been repeatedly not given point during visits. The service representative even lied twice about adding rewards points to my account. I will not return to this location.

James the sales guy was very personable and followed up well during the sale. The finance department wasn’t as personable after I told them I wasn’t interested in an extended warranty. Essentially 3 items were promised and oil change, they overfilled the oil and I had to personally address the issue, car detail, was horrible and when I mentioned it excuses were made and a full pre inspection delivery in which case they missed several items per my mechanic. So sales 4 star, finance 3 stars, Service 2 stars.

It took long time 2 major parts fixed the fact when purchased the car now about 20 days or so give or take few days they told me as is sale it they charged $150 plus part replace to major part too dam expensive thank the lord I had it have among finance afterwards that’s not the point it should been little cheaper 🤔😮🙄

I was deceived from the beginning. Aahil had me wait additional time to ensure the deal went through only to call back days later with a different story. This was my first car-buying experience that I'll unfortunately have to take legal action in. I will never deal with or encourage anybody to deal with Nissan of Athens. My experience and complaint will be made public.

My tires scrub now every time I turn, they used the wrong oil, my transmission is shifting super hard at only 50k miles now and my back tires shake. I tried calling back and texting the number back and no one would ever respond to me. Obviously, Nissan doesn’t care how they treat their customers.
Very poor customer service & salesman flat out lied. Worst experience ever at a dealership. Worse than a buy here pay here place.
