You have to make sure you go see Isaac! He's a great communicator who prides himself on his customers having a pleasant car buying experience.
Business response:
Thank you so much for the kind words.
I came in looking for a car and left happy. NISSAN in Athens has it going on. Thanks Isaac for doing business with us. I highly recommend everyone come and down and ask for Isaac.
Auston was an amazing salesman. He was so friendly. I told him what i was looking for and he helped me find what i wanted and the price was reasonable. He helped me get the best payment that i was able to pay within my budget. Service was very fast and i felt very welcome.
Nissan of Athens built a foundation of trust with me many years ago. From the service department to the sales department, the consistency of caring for the customer is carried through in a manner that makes me come back year after year. In search for the perfect van for me and my four doggies, I went straight to Nissan of Athens and after a few trips, the right van was there just waiting for me! That's when I met Isaac Cruz. Mr. Cruz went far and beyond to help me in any way he could to make sure my experience was exactly wh... read more
I went to Nissan of Athens just to get my vehicle serviced and I was amazed with the customer service I received. Everyone I came in contact with was very nice and helping.
Issac was great! As matter of fact everyone was. Very friendly atmosphere. Snacks and beverages were available. I felt at home from start to finish. As I drove off in my brand new Nissan Sentra I knew that the whole team at Nissan of Athens did their very best to get me in that car. And also at a great price.
We took both our cars in to be serviced as My wife's is a 2015 and my daughters is a 2009. The service advisor Kelly was great to wok with. The work was completed as promised, fair pricing and explanation of the additional work needed for the 2009. The motor mount was worn and during inspection it was noticed and brought to our attention. The part was not available until the next day ( as discussed up front ) and the car was repaired and cleaned by 9:30 the next morning. Kelly was great to work with and we look forward to wo... read more
I leased a 2016 altima. Process was seamless and easy. Austin was the best salesman! Car is perfect and exactly what I wanted. The finance team was great also
We recently purchased a Rogue from Nissan of Athens. Our experience was hassle free from the moment we stepped on the lot. Chris Rozier was professional and very helpful in getting us what we wanted in a car as well as a price. Past experiences with other dealerships have left us sitting for hours waiting on paperwork to be complete until the time we are out the door with the keys. We were very happy with our purchase and the overall experience.
