It is obvious why Nissan is going bankrupt. The dealership adds in hidden fees and grossly overpriced plans without your permission. If you complain, they hard sell you, refusing to make a deal without them. Avoid this dealership at all costs.

They scammed me. I went in for a diagnostic and was told that the $150 fee would go towards any repairs needed for my vehicle, but at check out they told me this would actually not be the case because I came in not knowing what was wrong with my car - that is why I paid for a diagnostic!!!!! I will not be returning, the workers tried to take advantage of me as a young woman with limited car knowledge. Please do better.

My car was ready an hour before they told me so I was just sitting there. I'll be taking my car somewhere else to get service.

We had a major repair and one of the parts was faulty. They didn't find the problem until we brought it in the third time and our mechanic had found the issue.
