When I saw the car that I wanted online I was amazed. Submitted an online quote request to Universal City Nissan, Miller Nissan, Santa Monica Nissan and Downtown LA Nissan. DLA was the only one who responded back with a straight quote for $500 under invoice (the going price at the time for Altimas). I could've haggled, but I didn't bother because they were up front with me. I had a terrible experience with Nissan of Downtown LA. I feel completely deceived. The dealership made a misleading contract in which, due to their own error, they listed the wrong model of the truck I purchased. When I discovered the issue in the paperwork, I went back to the dealership immediately. They brushed it off like it was nothing. After I stated I would take legal action, they sent me a signed letter canceling the contract and instructing me to return the vehicle. But when I followed their instructions and brought... read more

Came in as gate was opening . First in . The parking guy ask that I go to back of line telling me I would remain first . Then he allowed a 3 customer to move to spot one . I asked why he lied to me . He smiled and said Good morning . It was rude and not a good start . He told me that the lady said I drove around her but I was at the gate as it opened . Rude man did not like the way he treated me at all .
I went to check a car that was listed as 14,222. I drove the car, I liked (pre owned certified) even if the car didn't look like a pre owned certified with lots of scratches and signs of use I decided to take it. When we were going to sign the papers to buy the car the price went up to 19k! This is just ridiculous. I drove all the way from OC to LA just for this frustration. I took my car to this Nissan. Initially it was a great experience. A little crowded but I was patient. The associate helping me informed me she would let me know when the car was ready, however 3 hours later I had not been contacted. I decided to go see if the car was ready and it was but she had to gone to lunch. Fast forward to 2 days later and after they informed me everything was great on my car, my battery dies and I need a jump. BUYER BEWARE! From the SALES TEAM up to the SALES MANAGERS, this dealership is filled with DISHONEST and quite frankly RUDE people. WATCH OUT for the sales person Ray; he’s perceptibly dishonest. Equally you should watch out for David Escobar; he’s one of the sales managers and he’s of short patience and EXCEPTIONALLY RUDE.
