"Ace helped me. Found out I had a minor problemA clamp..." Ace helped me. Found out I had a minor problem A clamp had come off. He figured it out. Other workers did not want to and did not help when I drove up.
"battery needed to be replaced" Went to get the battery replaced, waited over an hour and a half and the place was not busy (around 2:30 pm), after waiting so long I went to check the status and the paperwork was on her desk, if I would not have asked who knows how much longer I would have waited!!!!!!!!!!

"Really work to make it work" Yes I know, their job is to sell you a car and do everything in their power to do that, but at least they were still willing to work with our lousy financial situation. Couldnt have asked for a better team of guys that went to bat to make the numbers work for us.

"Horrible Experience" I arrived at the dealership at approximately 9:22 A.M. I asked for Ace Games my regular service advisor. I was told he was no in. I was assigned Jonathan Robles. "Why make an appointment?" I had an appointment for 9 am. I left the dealership about 1230. 3.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation And when I got home I realized that they didn’t even rotate my tires. What a waste of time and money.
