Terrible service department, never got an update on my vehicle, car was there for two days,they didn’t even drive the vehicle to check the drivability issue and i was still charged a diagnostic fee
I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone; they are full of lies. I was dealing with Norma Alvarez since February 10,2022. And I told her the situation with my mom's car which is a 2010 Chevy Impala and that the head gasket is blown and could we use that for a downpayment on a SUV; and Norma Alvarez said yes. I also asked her do they take people who has SSI for income; and that my mom doesn't have bad credit and that she only have the credit of paying off her Chevy Impala and other than that my mom doesn't have credit. ... read more

Dealerships get paid pennies on recalls so they take their sweet xxx time because they can make more money on other things. They hope you go away which is what happened with me. It took 4 days to order and install driver side headlight lamp and replace interior cabin bulbs where the preliminary estimate was off by $250. I had to continuously call for updates on the status of the vehicle and many times put on hold for long periods of time only to be directed to voicemail. "They don’t care outsiders. They care so much until you..." They don’t care outsiders. They care so much until you buy one of their vehicle for first 5 visits . You can see how they treat outsider . You bring your Nissan Leaf for charging one day or few times per month until they recognized you. Now they don’t even want you go back there to charge over and over again even few times a month.
