"Friendly, Helpful and Honest" Miguel helped me at the downtown dealership and clearly informed me on what I needed to get done. I really appreciated his honesty with things I could get done today and things that could wait. Best part was that I expected to pay a service fee, but he was honest and saw that I was still under warranty for that particular diagnostic and I left the dealership with a $0 balance. I really appreciated the honesty and great customer service!
"good hybrid care" they were helpful and called with updates frequently. it did take some time though and i waited for a long time to get assistance while i was there.
