"The service department was very busy the day I came in..." The service department was very busy the day I came in for a free oil change. It took longer than expected and my car was scratched. I pointed out that there was a new scratch and they denied it, stating it was already there as it was “marked on the paper”. However, an old scratch on my front right bumper was not noted on the paper: how ironic.
