The service manager gave me the wrong key fob 3 different times. I was pretty much forced to buy another fob. He was so rude and dismissive.

Didn't listen to my requests. Wasted a hour of my time - was late to work - walked away worse than when I walked in.

Always good service but this time did not fix the problem.

Apparently my 2-year warranty ran out on July 1st and yes it's my responsibility to keep up with this but nobody bothered to tell me that they charged me to rotate my tires I could have taken it to discount and got them for free the whole day was just a disaster and I won't be going back

All the typical reasons people hate going to dealerships. Deceptive pricing. Taking forever to make you feel like you have your time "invested". Just the worst and I will never go to a dealership again.

I asked them to look at my transmission bc my cvt was slipping cuz it was hot outside, but they did not want to help fix my problem, just diagnosed my car with needing about twice what i paid originally and i only wanted to get my extended warranty and transmission repaired or replaced, the work they did was great, but my issue of origin was never solved. Its like they wont honor the warranty, only paid services, so i took my car else where and they did the same thing, fixing all the symptoms of a bad tranny, but notaddressi... read more

All my car needed was a $200 battery replacement. This required Nissan of McKinney to keep my car 2 days - due to shop-load/available staff - which I can somewhat understand since I came in without an appointment (as I was not expecting the dead battery). They, as is typical here, found additional past-due maintenance tasks to do while they had the car - which I authorized - another $600. On day 3, when I picked-up the car, the car is waiting for me with the "Hybrid Electric Vehicle System Malfunction" warning light still on... read more

Bought a used BMW 230i with 47,700 miles. Nissan bragged all day about their 130 point check. And how well the condition of the car is. After purchase I took the car to BMW for its 40,000 mile checkup. And got a bill for 8,000 dollars of recommended repairs. Nissan of McKinney is your standard buyer be ware used car lot. Trailer Trash
