Not the same place anymore. It used to have a more welcoming, customer-focused feel, but that's definitely missing now. The new staff are less personable and service feels cold and rushed. It felt like they are just focused on getting you in and out.

Check engine light came on just a month having the car, then I actually had to take it over to Ford Fleet service just to find out i needed a valve fixed for $894 that Nissan couldn't even cover. Also, I think I have a leak in my windshield wiper tube because it isn't spraying any fluid onto my windshield when I pull back the wiper object that I wasn't notified about.

A simple oil change no car wash took one hour forty minutes. After the car was finished it took another twenty minutes of waiting to bring it up front. I also got a surprise with the 3 percent charge. Price was way too much my Honda was half the cost

The sales director Zach W. due to an honest mistake, that I owned, began treating me very disrespectful and unprofessional. After buying 11 vehicles from this dealer, I no longer trust they provide a service that benefits the customer. You can find many other dealers that will provide you with better discounts and overall service.

Took vehicle in for oil change and software update. Not 100% sure either was done. No new oil change sticker and the oil change maintenance on the vehicles computer wasn't reset.

For 94 dollars diagnostic fee they told me verbally that it would take 980 dollars more to fix the issue.. I expected to be given a detailed parts and labor printout... my bad...if I am paying for diagnostic I should get a detailed list of part numbers needed etc etc..

My truck was serviced in a reasonable time frame. However, customer service skills is lacking upon arrival at this location. My appointment was at 820 AM and I was approached by a porter(Russell) I'm not sure if that's his name because he never said good morning or his name, he just wanted to know if I had an appointment.
