They checked my vehicle but couldn't fix the issue and had my car sitting in their garage for 3 days, no work done on it.

Not satisfied with the service. They replaced oil and didn't even care to properly clean the spill over.. I don't think they cleaned up the vehicle.. I was expecting to clean the vehicle when we take it to service, water wash and cleanly vaccum

Took my vehicle to be diagnosed due to a wheel shaking, their re-balanced the tires (for the second time) and didn't solve the issue.

Got a simple ool change & alignment. Next day I notice a strange noise and realize that they didn't secure my undershield. I had to drive 13 miles back to the dealership, undershield scraping the highway. Of course they just apologized and secured it without informing me of any damage that it probably has, and sent me on my way. Not impressed at all

Bad experience buying a pre-owned vehicle, very pushy sales staff. The process was shady, didn't receive my purchase documents until 2 weeks after I signed the contract (should've got a copy during signing). They attempt to deliver the vehicle with missing cosmetic parts. Once delivered it was disgusting, it wasn't detailed properly and interior protection treatment was applied on top of the dirty surfaces. We were informed via multiple media to go in for recall fix. Arrived for early am appointment and 30 minutes after was informed part was not available at dealership. Wasted my morning when i could have been working.
