Never answer the phone and kept my car one extra day bc my 1st advisor told me that I would get a call at the end of the day on the next day never heard from so I called and called and called so I got through and they couldn't find nothing that I was complaining about so my car is still doing the same thing

I purchased the vehicle in January 2025, my first visit back for an oil change they took almost 4 hours, my recent 2nd visit was for the ac pipe recall which Micheal said they did but as it looks on the receipt and the part on the car it is not done, I also had the back window done which was $400 and Micheal said he would try to lower that which he did not. Had my leaf towed in with warning lights on and would not go into gear or drive. Somehow during the tow when it got to the dealer it started working again. They could not duplicate problem. Did not do a diag on it just drove it around. . 3 days later had it towed to another shop. They did a diag and fixed problem. Also left a panel off on passenger side. I did not pay for a tow just because I wanted to.
Service was very expensive and car still rattles, creaks and groans a lot
My engine cover lost after servicing there
Continue to use the wrong grade of oil. Don't plan to return. Stopped once before but decided to give another chance.
With my consent they changed and asked me to pay the bill.
Low beam headlight didn't work then they accused me of replacing with after market lights after waiting 4.5 hours they fixed nothing turns out 2 fuses were blown I guess ray charles did the inspection or they sale trucks with low beams
Dealership did not let me know about additional charge for using credit card until checkout. Did not fix headlight issue. Brakes still squealing after service. Very bad communication throughout entire process
