Watch Out for Their Hidden "Consumer Services" Fee They list a good price to get your attention but when you contact them you'll learn that they tack on a hefty dealer "consumer services" fee. The fee was $2,400 for the car I inquired about. They said it is "negotiable," but only if I make the journey to their dealership, which sounds like an additional ruse to me.

Not a reliable dealership Be careful buying a used car from these people! We bought a used Ford from this dealership in May 2022 and a few weeks later the car having issue! We called them and told them about and the first call they were cordial but then they never answered emails or calls from my husband! Now the car they sold us is basically sitting on our drive way and it will cost us 5k- 8k to repair it! This dealership and a few people there are not honorable and no integrity!!! DON’T BUY OR LEASE FROM HERE!! DON’T Buy or Lease from this dealership! ! We leased a 2022 Titan Pro 4X in March. We brought it in for service within 2 months of having it for a whining noise, acceleration issue, and that the clock changes the time and needs to be re-set each time the vehicle is turned off and on. "Reconditioning Fees!?" What? Went to buy a used care at Nissan of McKinney because the asking price on a car we liked looked good on cars.com. When we went to sit down to talk price, another $2400 in "reconditioning / detailing fee's" was added to the price. This was never disclosed beforehand. In the end, we were willing to pay the asking price but not any undisclosed "reconditioning fees". Felt like bait and switch. Not the way to do business.

TERRIBLE Terrible!! Bought a lemon from here and it was supposed to be CPO..... beware! Josh sold the car and that was Tuesday and we are on Friday and already having problems. Texted Josh and no response so I called Nissan of McKinney and spoke with Oscar “the manager” and let’s just say THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS! Horrible communication, terrible customer service. This dealership wasted my time, gas, and money due to lack of communication between the salesmen and/ or managers. I set up an appointment to look at a specific vehicle with specific options that I had been looking for and it was within my price range. Too good to be true. If buying a used car they add an additional "$1995.00 Recondition fee" and more. So they low ball a price to reel in customers just to waste their time. I feel bad if a customer drive hours or even out of state to only be disappointed. Do not believe the price you see online. You guys can thank me later for saving you time and money.

i have a 2019 nissan sentra i have a 2019 nissan sentra and the radio keeps freezing up and whean i have apple car play pluged in to my phone the radio screws up and whean i have blue tooth hooked up and get done with a call it shows that iam still on a call after i hang up and nissan is saying that it is my phone i have had this problem ever sence i got the car not the phone doing it it is nissans crap they put in the cars don t buy a car from nissan
