Great Customer Service and painless process! I went to Nissan of McKinney looking to buy a used car to use for work and pleasure. I was met by Christopher Nix, internet sales manager, who asked me what I wanted in a car and easily had cars ready for me that fit my needs and wants. The Director, Jay Rogers, made things so easy for me and together they made the process painless!I had a great experience and would definitely recommend coming to this dealership! Thank you guys! You are awesome!
Mom-car My experience at Nissan of McKinney with Christopher Nix was excellent. Everything was so laid back and I did not feel pressured at all. The decision was my own and not the salesman's. I ended up in a vehicle I didn't think I wanted, but Christopher found me the perfect one for my family and I love it.
New GM has made a difference I went in knowing exactly what I wanted. The used car sales person Jeneva listened to my concerns and was helpful in every step of the way. Not only did I get a great deal, the experience was painless.
Went to my appointment. Went to my appointment. First of all the person I was suppose to meet wasn’t there. No big deal. Sales show me the car. We sit down. They show me the price. Plus $2495 dollar dealer add on fee. And only $5,000 for my car theirs worth at minimum 10k dollars. I tell them I want to pay x amount and would like more for my trade. Sales person leaves and the manager comes back with the exact same pricing minus the $2495 dollars like they are doing me a favor. They would not negotiate one penny less. David K... read more

I was looking at purchasing a car from this dealership, I was looking at purchasing a car from this dealership, and I found what I thought was a good vehicle so I sent an email through their contact us page and a Peter Sayroo responded to my inquiry. I responded back and I’ve yet to receive a response, I’ve been ghosted. In reading all of these reviews where someone is happy, they are told to contact David Kelly, the general manager, but that’s a waste of time because I called the dealership asking to speak to Mr. Kelly and ... read more

I wanted to support and do business with the company because my outstanding nephew Alejondro Whaley who was an big access to the company when he was employed there. First of all my nephew contacted a salesman to let them know he was bringing his auntie to purchase a vehicle of her choice which was the 2015 Nissan Murano. Poor customer service - Nissan of Mckinney Please watch out for your contract on when your maintenance is due rather than what they paste on your vehicle. So when you arrive at the service station you will be in for a surprise that you have to pay for it. The funny thing is you keep receiving so many junk messages not sure why they can’t pickup their phone and remind you of the service (you actually are entitled) or send a text message. The folks sitting at the service center or his manager or the finance person are lethargi... read more

Bait and Switch Used car sales. Here is my recall of my experience this week: I found a low mileage, one owner, vehicle on Autotrader. The price on KBB was“Good”, but “Great”. It was also a 16 year old car, but less than 50,000 miles, one owner verified on the Carfax. The last thing on Autotrader that got my attention was this this exact quote “Dealer Disclosure:*Get Today's Price is available to all customers and can also be obtained by calling or coming into the dealership today.
