New GM has made a difference I went in knowing exactly what I wanted. The used car sales person Jeneva listened to my concerns and was helpful in every step of the way. Not only did I get a great deal, the experience was painless.
Went to my appointment. Went to my appointment. First of all the person I was suppose to meet wasn’t there. No big deal. Sales show me the car. We sit down. They show me the price. Plus $2495 dollar dealer add on fee. And only $5,000 for my car theirs worth at minimum 10k dollars. I tell them I want to pay x amount and would like more for my trade. Disappointed Customer I purchased my vehicle 2915 Nissan Murano from Nissan of McKinney in 2016. I wanted to support and do business with the company because my outstanding nephew Alejondro Whaley who was an big access to the company when he was employed there. Poor customer service - Nissan of Mckinney Please watch out for your contract on when your maintenance is due rather than what they paste on your vehicle. So when you arrive at the service station you will be in for a surprise that you have to pay for it. The funny thing is you keep receiving so many junk messages not sure why they can’t pickup their phone and remind you of the service (you actually are entitled) or send a text message. Bait and Switch Used car sales. Here is my recall of my experience this week: I found a low mileage, one owner, vehicle on Autotrader. The price on KBB was“Good”, but “Great”. It was also a 16 year old car, but less than 50,000 miles, one owner verified on the Carfax. Watch Out for Their Hidden "Consumer Services" Fee They list a good price to get your attention but when you contact them you'll learn that they tack on a hefty dealer "consumer services" fee. The fee was $2,400 for the car I inquired about. They said it is "negotiable," but only if I make the journey to their dealership, which sounds like an additional ruse to me.

Not a reliable dealership Be careful buying a used car from these people! We bought a used Ford from this dealership in May 2022 and a few weeks later the car having issue! We called them and told them about and the first call they were cordial but then they never answered emails or calls from my husband! Now the car they sold us is basically sitting on our drive way and it will cost us 5k- 8k to repair it! This dealership and a few people there are not honorable and no integrity!!!
