Don't go to service center, it will rip you off would put no star there is an option here. I am driving a Nissan altima I purchased from them. The electric car key stopped working, so I took it to them hoping them they can repair it. They charged me $154 for telling me my car key was not repairable, and need a new key with price of $350. I took the same key to a local locksmith. After putting a new battery, the car key works fine. Bottom line: don't go there, they are not worth your trust.

Horrible finance office Went to test drive a truck it had major noticable problems with steering and was filthy on the inside came back after they cleaned the truck and put new tires on it steering was still off but the big problem comes when I go to buy the truck. With a considerable down payment 25% of vehicals sale price and with a 690 credit score and co signer they give me an interest rate of 13%!!!! Nissan cars are made of rodent food! My engine harness is being replaced for the 3rd time on a NEW Nissan car. The wiring is made out of a soy based material and rabbits, squirrels, rats are attracted to it. This was NOT disclosed to me when I purchased my new car. I purchased a new car for dependability but I am finding I have to have it repaired constantly because of the way it is made. New Service Advisor, I had the worst experience with a "New Service Advisor (Jordan)", I asked for an oil change and a tire rotation. I Mentioned to Jordan that my front left tire has leaked 2lbs of air, please have it checked out. then he took my car in. After 2 hrs, he tells me that he found a nail and it will cost $20 to repair. I told him to just add 2lbs of air. 20 minutes later he was driving my car on a flat tire, front left. Purchase The sales manager Was very rude. They take a very long time to offer you a quote and when they come to know that you have gone to similar agencies they start talking to you sarcastically. Overall my experience was very negative which made up my mind of not buying a pathfinder and Inst wad go in for some other brand.

STAY AWAY If there was a no star rating I would use it here. I HAD purchased three cars in a row from them. A 2007 Nissan Altima, a 2011 Nissan Frontier then a 2013 Nissan Altima. The sales group is good and for the most part I always had good experiences with the Service Advisers. Actually even though I will never go there again and never buy another Nissan, the Service Adviser was always honest and good at his job. Disappointing Experience with Repairs I have taken my Nissan GTR for service at Nissan of Mckinney. Very disappointing experience with the wheel alignment. Now, I am faced with buying new tires at 8000 miles. They blamed the machine. I will not be taking my car for service there. I have lost fate in the techs and the whole dealership.

Horrible lying salesman!!! Was told I was approved on a truck no problem with payments and everything where I needed them, my wife went and looked at it and drove it while I was away working, I took the day off work to clean out my car and go pickup the truck. Called (numerous times without a return phone call) before I called before heading up there and they said yes I was approved still but my parents had changed to nearly 700$ a month.
