Very disappointed!!! My daughter and I visited Nissan of McKinney last week to look at a used vehicle we had seen on the internet. I called just prior to leaving home to make sure they still had the car but when we arrived we were told it "had just been sold". We were immediately suspicious but found a similar car that my daughter liked. This car had some minor damage on the hood from what appeared to be rocks chipping the paint. Shady Sales Tacticx I was very displeased with the shady tactics that got me into this dealership and wasted my time. There are car dealerships that respect people and their time and do not use shady tactics to get a sale. I spoke very honestly about my needs and my price range and that honesty was not respected. Harassment, Terrible Customer Service I have never been more harassed and turned off by a dealership than this one. I was simply interested in buying an used Nissan vehicle, but the customer service quickly turned me away. For being a Nissan dealership, I found it ironic that they only had ONE used car available for sale and purchasing a new vehicle at this location would have really make my wallet cry. bad customer service/not honest about car status McKinney Nissan had Nissan Santra listed on the internet. I emailed with interest and notified the dealership. They returned my call and I told them I am on my way to dealership on the same day. During my way to dealership I called the more than three times including the person who sent me email. Bad Experience McKinney Nissan had an Altima listed on the internet. I emailed with interest. They returned my call and I told them I would likely be in on Monday. I called Monday morning to see if they still had the car and they said yes they did and I told them I was on my way. Upon arriving at the dealership, I sat down for the usual "get your information" which I felt to be slightly more than normal. Pass them by My daughter's Altima was totalled so we went to this Nissan dealership to try to get another one. None of the cars on the lot have a price. We test drove a couple of used cars on the lot but the salesman nor his manager would tell us the price - they insisted all we needed to know was what the monthly payment would be. Sorry, I won't buy a car without knowing the price. A lot of smoke and mirrors.
2013 Altima Wanted to give me hardly nothing for my trade in. They are dead serious on making not less than $3000 on a car. Tried in 2009 to buy from them and just as difficult as in 2012. I will go back to Ft. Worth and buy from them. This dealership needs help and quit gauging the customer. Avoid them and do your homework or you will pay dearly if you do not!
Disappointed is an under statement I gave this dealer two shots to sell me a used car. Salesman made an offer that I agreed with but the manager countered with a ridiculous offer. I upped my offer fairly. But the manager would not make a fair deals sticking with the ridiculous offer. These guys wasted my time twice. Keep this in mind when shopping with these guys. It's was so bad that a customer left cursing the whole office before storming out. Just don't bother...
Don't take your trade-in here The salesman was nice. However, the used car manager was very brusque. He offered a pittance for our trade and seemed to not want to do business with us. Then again, without the ability to make a money on the financing (we arrived blank check in hand) and our interest being in a car we had thoroughly researched, I think he felt he would not make enough money to be worth his while unless he could undercut our trade.
