Stay away from this place The car I took for a test drive and wanted to buy was very good. All features were like advertised, very clean, I loved it from the first 100 feet of the test drive. But... The Internet price of this "Pre-Owned Certified" vehicle is a HUGE lie. Scam dealer, the internet price is bait n switch Found the Maxima we wanted here after driving 2 hours, internet price $21,500. I knew things wouldn't go well when Geneva, the used car sales manager, tells me that they cannot budge $1 on the price because they "price them so low that they actually LOSE money on a lot of their sales", WHAT???. Lowball advertised prices they won’t honor They advertised a Rogue Sport as certified preowned for 20,600 plus 150 dealership fee and TTL. I showed up to pay cash for the car. Drove the car, proceeded to buy the car and they then jacked up the price by adding 1588 for the preowned certified title and another 1500 service fee they said they charge on all vehicles as a make ready fee. Shopping for a used car for my daughter Called about a used car they had on sale on cars.com for my daughter. They made it seem like I had no idea of what I was talking about and that they could not work any deal with me and prices were set as I saw. They did not even tried to somehow work something out...instead they seem like they wanted to hand up!

Disappointed and deceived Overall I did not expect this kind of unprofessional from this company. To start with, even the very first experience was not awesome. I reached them to appraise my car for sell. The entire process was not informed in the beginning and sales person did not even have a courteous gesture. After the appraisal, first they confirmed 13,200 but after immediately a director full of attitude(to show us that buying a car is big favor to us), reduced the quote to 11000 giving few reasons. Poor experience from sales and service. Nissan of McKinney provided my husband and I with an absolutely terrible experience. They lied about the cost of the repair of the hail damage to the car they sold us. They deceived us about what the extended warranty covered. They made us wait for service when they didn't even have the correct parts. We made more than 5 trips for service and our vehicle still was not fixed. We spoke with several different managers over the course of 5 months and our vehicle still wasn't working proper... read more

6 months for tags!!!! Admin staff is terrible. I waited 6 months to get my tags for a new truck and am currently waiting on another set for over 4 months. They dont even aqknowlege how ridiculous it is.

Don't go to service center, it will rip you off would put no star there is an option here. I am driving a Nissan altima I purchased from them. The electric car key stopped working, so I took it to them hoping them they can repair it. They charged me $154 for telling me my car key was not repairable, and need a new key with price of $350. I took the same key to a local locksmith. After putting a new battery, the car key works fine. Bottom line: don't go there, they are not worth your trust.

Horrible finance office Went to test drive a truck it had major noticable problems with steering and was filthy on the inside came back after they cleaned the truck and put new tires on it steering was still off but the big problem comes when I go to buy the truck. With a considerable down payment 25% of vehicals sale price and with a 690 credit score and co signer they give me an interest rate of 13%!!!! With that i walk out on the deal and when to another dealer and got 5%apr on the same priced truck. I will never buy a ve... read more
