"Pleasant experience" The salesman listened to what I wanted and did not try to up sell me. I got the car and options at a reasonable price. The dealership took care of the return of my rav4 to the Toyota dealership and informed me when that was completed. The salesman and finance person reviewed the documents and explained the car systems and synced the phone.. I received a follow up letter from Brad Baron thanking me for my business.
"Great" Brad was up front with where we stood financially and what was actually going on with our current car and loan and what could be better if we decided to move forward with leasing a new car. Once we decided to go forward he was very helpful and patient with the process. Thanks to Brad we left with a new car.
"2018 Frontier" I met with a friendly and professional staff that helped me get the exact truck I wanted at a price that worked for me. Not once did I feel pressured when stepping into the lot, the dealer explained prices and options well, and the manager sat down with us as well to help run different pricing options.
"Painless and unpressured" The dealership and salesmen were easy to talk to and the whole experience was unpressured. The follow up by the salespeople was timely and not over bearing
"Flat Tire Warranty" My 2015 Pathfinder rear passenger tire went flat due to a puncture. The tires are Michelin 235/65/R18’s. Mileage was 30K. Michelin warranty is solid but not applicable due to puncture/road hazard. Priced same tire for replacement at $205. Remembered had Maintenance Pllus with Nissan. Called North Olmsted Nissan who checked and verified same, and to bring car in-no appointment needed. This was early Wednesday morning, 8:00 am. Drove over, and had not yet had coffee. "Very accommodating! " Cody was exceptional! Very appreciative of his efforts to fix my tire! He really made what I thought was going to be disaterous, very easy.
"No hassle, pleasant, no high pressure" This was our first purchase with a sales rep. in over 30 years - all others were done via email from overseas. Felt no pressure to take "what was available." The search was extended to find exactly what I wanted. Very pleased with the vehicle and all people at the dealership. Will DEFINITELY mention Nissan N. Olmstead in conversation.
"Fantastic" Steve and Nick were wonderful people who helped me re-lease a Sentra. Everything was up-front, honest, quick, and it was a no-pressure situation. "Experienced Salesman, who knows me and what I like. " This was the 4th car I have bought at this dealership. They put the customer first. They bend over backwards to make things right. A prior purchase had a defective radio, a new one was ordered. The next day I was called that a radio had come in, ordered for owner's son. It was put into my car.
