"Nice new Nissan Frontier" I came in looking for a used Nissan Frontier. I walked out much happier with a new 2018, for not much more than I could have payed for a used one at another dealership.
"Great experience buying a car" I have taken my car to this dealership for service for years and when it was finally time to buy a new car, ofcourse I came to them and had a great experience. I actually bought the exact same car, even the same color, because I have been so pleased with my previous Nissan Rogue.
"Easy friendly upfront" Was highly recommend by some friends and customers was never pressured up front pricing friendly asked where we wanted to be with payment and got us there. We new what we wanted so they had it transaction was very easy and quick
"Great experience" I had a truly awesome experience at Nissan of North Olmsted. Both mike Becker and Kelly Ulery made the process easy and pleasant. This is very important when making large purchases especially with 2 small children in tow. I would gladly recommend them to my family and friends and look forward to working with them again in the future.
"Always welcoming and warm" My second lease, I really enjoy working with your company. Always a friendly atmosphere. They take the time so you’re confident with your choices.
"Pleasant experience" The salesman listened to what I wanted and did not try to up sell me. I got the car and options at a reasonable price. The dealership took care of the return of my rav4 to the Toyota dealership and informed me when that was completed. The salesman and finance person reviewed the documents and explained the car systems and synced the phone.. I received a follow up letter from Brad Baron thanking me for my business.
"Great" Brad was up front with where we stood financially and what was actually going on with our current car and loan and what could be better if we decided to move forward with leasing a new car. Once we decided to go forward he was very helpful and patient with the process. Thanks to Brad we left with a new car.
"2018 Frontier" I met with a friendly and professional staff that helped me get the exact truck I wanted at a price that worked for me. Not once did I feel pressured when stepping into the lot, the dealer explained prices and options well, and the manager sat down with us as well to help run different pricing options.
"Painless and unpressured" The dealership and salesmen were easy to talk to and the whole experience was unpressured. The follow up by the salespeople was timely and not over bearing
